| i am living in colorado and i actually have a job that i like. plus i see the glorious mountains every day - it doesn't get much better than this. |

| just fyi - i did graduate from college (cum laude) and am now the holder of an official degree. however, i am not the holder of a job...at least not yet. i'm still working on that part. if anyone has any suggestions, i'm open.
and in case someone is tracking my whereabouts i will be leaving the flatness of indiana for the hills of colorado in just a few weeks. i'm quite excited about that. so if you want to see me, you'll have to come there.
that's all. |

| i counted it up the other day. i have only 13 days left of class this semester...13 days!!! can you believe it? i almost fell out of my chair when i realized that. granted most other students aren't as lucky as i for i do not have classes on tuesdays or thursdays (resulting in the ridiculously low number of days left in my semester). but it is very exciting to see the end so near. and no, i do not know what i will be doing next so there is no need to ask. but it is thrilling none the less... |

| today is the first day of the rest of my life...
ok not actually. it's more like the first day of february.
my roommate has been in a good mood because february is in fact the month of love (at least according to her) so why not be in a good mood?
so i started pondering this whole issue of 'love' about, well, 2 mins ago, and was thinking that it's not all it's cracked up to be. i mean, seriously, why all the hype? maybe we should all just forget about love and find something else to do with our time.
or maybe i'll just keep thinking and try to have a more pleasant outlook on life...
whatever... |

| it's 2006.
the year of my graduation, and possibly also of the monkey (or pig..who knows).
after a very thrilling start to the new year (note the sarcasm) i have started to think just a bit more seriously about finding a job. nothing too exciting has come to me yet.
i went to the colts game today to ring in the new year. sporting a manning jerzee and the colts won 17-13...all is well.
still at home for one more week, which i like.
still have lots of questions in my mind and other sorts of things.
so here's to the new year...hope all's well in your corner of the world. |
